Silver Lake Resort & Campground 

Fall Extended Stay Contract 

We are entering into an agreement with the owners/operators of Silver Lake Resort & Campground to stay at the campground for an extended period of time. The dates for the special are Thursday, August 20th, 2026 until Sunday, September 27th, 2026. The rate for the stay will be $925; this rate covers the aforementioned 2 adults and their unmarried children ages 18 and under as well as water, electric and sewer. 

We also agree to the following:

-A deposit of $150 is due to guarantee the site; the remaining amount must be paid by August 6th.

-A two week notice is required to cancel your reservation, and a $25 cancellation fee will be assessed. Cancellations given less than two weeks will forfeit the $150 deposit.

-We do not allow the subleasing of sites; you may only have additional guests stay on site when you are present. Overnight guests will be charged a $10 per night fee and must be pre-registered.

-The overnight campground policies are still in effect, and we agree to all policies

.-We understand we are subject to the 11pm-8am gate closure.

-Daily visitors will be charged a $5 visitors fee per vehicle and must register at the office.

-SLRC will do their best to honor requests for specific site numbers and next to specific families

.-Our site will be mowed by a member of the Silver Lake Resort staff.

-Breathable mats may be used, however, we agree to roll rugs up upon weekly departure in order to allow grass growth.

-If we choose to depart the given site prior to the aforementioned date, we will forfeit all monies. If we elect to add nights, they will be subject to the daily rate.
