SLRC Cookbook

You may enjoy your s’mores, hotdogs, and pizza, but if you’re looking to switch up your campfire food, then we have some yummy suggestions for you:

Mac N Cheese is always a hit, but this recipe takes it one step further. It has to be a proven fact that food over a campfire is better than any other way of cooking!

  • Elbow Pasta
  • Alfredo Sauce
  • Cheddar, Mozzarella, and Parmesan Cheese
  • Half & Half
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Whatever else you’d like to add: bacon, jalapeños, peppers

This is a new play on an old favorite. Besides, we couldn’t let you go without giving you a dessert idea! This one doesn’t take place over the fire; it’s a no-bake option that you can enjoy all day.

  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 c mini marshmallows
  • 6 c Golden Graham cereal (or Cinnamon Toast Crunch)
  • 1 c mini chocolate chips
