I/We, , understand that the $200 deposit for the wait list is non-refundable and non-transferrable. This deposit can be made via check, money order, cash or credit card. Once the deposit has been made, we will receive a receipt showing the deposit.

I/We further understand that once the deposit has been made, we will be number ___ on the seasonal wait list.

I/We understand that we will be contacted on available lots based on our number on the wait list. I/We further understand that if we choose to pass on the seasonal lot, we will retain our position on the list.

I/We understand that once we become a seasonal siteholder, the $200 deposit will roll over to our seasonal site. $100 of the deposit will remain as a security deposit, and will be refunded once we permanently leave the park and if my/our account is current. The other $100 will be an electric deposit for the first year of my/our seasonal site.
