Please review the following:

• Proof of proper insurance must be on file or provided before arrival.
• Golf carts operating after sunset must have light (s) turned on. Lights must be permanently attached and provide adequate lighting as determined by Silver Lake Resort and Campground.
• Drivers must be at least 16 years old and possess and VALID driver’s license in their possession to operate a golf cart at Silver Lake Resort and Campground.
• Golf carts must be operated properly and driven only on roadways. Golf carts are not to be driven across vacant or occupied campsites or in restricted areas. Please no joyriding.
• A maximum of two to four people can be on a golf cart at any given time, depending on the design of the cart. All passengers must be seated.
• Annual Lease Holders and transient campsite cart owners are responsible for the operation of the golf cart including any damage that results from operations.

Violation of these guidelines may result in the loss of the privilege to operate a golf cart in Silver Lake Resort and Campground.
