Our new express check-in option allows you to check in up to 24 hours prior to your arrival and bypass coming into the office. To utilize this option, simply follow these steps:
- Call us to verify your reservation information, and pay any outstanding balances. Calls can be made during regular business hours and can be anytime from the day prior to noon on the day of arrival.
- Once your phone registration is complete, you will receive a text confirming your express check-in.
- On the day of your arrival, respond to the aforementioned text with your name and estimated arrival time.
- We will meet you outside with your vehicle tags, a map to your site, and a campground statement in need of a signature.
Please Note: In order to utilize express check-in, there can be no changes to your reservation upon arrival. Examples of changes would be: Changing your departure date, adding overnight guests, adding an additional tent set-up, etc. Additionally, all vehicles/guests for your site must arrive at the same time.
If you choose not to use express check-in, our office will still be open for normal check-ins. You will need to utilize this option if you plan on paying cash upon arrival. Additionally, if guests in your party are arriving at different times, they will need to come to the office to check in as well.
Express check-in is a great way to limit contact and get to your site as soon as possible!
