COVID-19 Resources for SLRC Team Members
What is my level of risk?
Older adults and people who have severe underlying chronic medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing more serious complications from COVID-19.

What happens if I become sick? What steps should I take to protect myself and other team members?
If you have a fever or cough, you could have COVID-19 and may want to consider getting tested. Most people have a mild case of the illness and are able to recover at home. If you think you may have been exposed to COVID-19, contact your healthcare provider immediately and do the following:
- Keep track of your symptoms.
- If you have an emergency warning sign (including trouble breathing), get medical attention right away.
